Silver Package 1 hour week of consultation and walk through of wedding schedule 10 hours of coordination Ensure setup and breakdown of the venue Coordinates all set-up and vendors Keeps all questions and problems away from couple day of wedding. Facilitates timeline and vendor timeline Stay in contact with bridal party and family to make sure everything is running smoothly. Set up gift table and seating chart according to table scape plan. Line up procession and cue up bridal party during ceremony Work with bride, groom and vendors if any tweaks to timeline need to be made. Ensure couple has food and drinks. If possible ensure couple has food to go. Prepare garter/ bouquet toss, cake cutting and grand exit. Distribution of final vendor payments and gratuities. Collect couple personal items and load their car. Final walkthrough with vendors to ensure clean up crew is ready to clean. Works closely with photographer and dj during the day. Ensures gift and card box are with couple in exit vehicle. Alleviates stress from the couple so they can enjoy their day.
